皮帶除鐵機(jī)，又名磁選機(jī)。一般指非金屬精選磁選機(jī)，即去除原材料中的鐵質(zhì)和其他磁性物質(zhì)，常用于陶瓷、礦業(yè)、化工、研磨等行業(yè)。例如在礦業(yè)中，原料一般先使用大中型的磁選機(jī)粗選，粗選后的原料含鐵量降低到一定程度，可以供某些對(duì)鐵含量要求不高的行業(yè)使用。而在對(duì)鐵含量要求高的場(chǎng)合，則需要使用除鐵機(jī)對(duì)粗選后的原料進(jìn)行精選除鐵，甚至進(jìn)行多次除鐵，以達(dá)到要求。也可以把除鐵機(jī)理解為小型磁選機(jī)，通常在原料處理量不大的場(chǎng)合中，也是使用除鐵機(jī)。
