◎用 途
該生產(chǎn)線適用于紙巾，水刺布濕布的折疊切斷，食鹽包，胡 椒粉包，白糖包的切斷，自動(dòng)投放。一次性吸管的自動(dòng)投放， 一次性餐具（刀叉勺）的自動(dòng)包裝及一次性中餐具（竹筷，牙 簽，紙巾，湯勺）的自動(dòng)包裝。
◎Application
The packing line is used for cutting and folding napkin, wet tissue, cuttingthe salt bag, pepper bag etc, then auto loading on to the follow packing machine, as for customer needing, the packing line can add straw auto loading equipment, cutlery auto packing equipment and also disposable (sashi rib, tooth pick, tissue, soaps etc.) packing equipment.

該生產(chǎn)線是本公司自行設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的新一代自動(dòng)輸送填 充到獨(dú)立包裝的聯(lián)動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。該機(jī)采用國(guó)際品牌的PLC可編 程序控制器，采用多級(jí)伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，集的光，電，氣自 動(dòng)一體化。該生產(chǎn)線獲三項(xiàng)國(guó)家。該生產(chǎn)線是大 大提高了生產(chǎn)效益，以機(jī)器代替了人工，降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，減 少了人力資源，避免了產(chǎn)品在包裝過(guò)程中二次污染，符合 衛(wèi)生安全要求。
◎Instruction
The auto packing line are all researched and development by ourfactory.the controller of the machine is PLC, andthedriver is multi-servo.it is integral system of all the electricity, it is our honor because owing three patents .the maximize strengths of the packing line is the highest productivity effect, saving the manual labor.and also cut down the second pollution, it is supperfitthe safe and sanitation requirement.
