多層燒結(jié)金屬網(wǎng)是采用多層金屬編織絲網(wǎng)，通過(guò)特殊的疊層壓制與真空燒結(jié)等工藝制造而成，具有較高機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和整體剛性結(jié)構(gòu)的一種新型過(guò)濾材料。其各層絲網(wǎng)的網(wǎng)孔相互交錯(cuò)、形成一種均一而理想的過(guò)濾結(jié)構(gòu)，不僅克服了普通金屬絲網(wǎng)強(qiáng)度低、剛性差、網(wǎng)孔形狀不穩(wěn)定的不足，而且能夠?qū)Σ牧系目紫洞笮　B透性能和強(qiáng)度特性進(jìn)行合理的匹配與設(shè)計(jì)，從而使其具有優(yōu)良的過(guò)濾精度、過(guò)濾阻抗、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、耐磨性、耐熱性和被加工性，綜合性能明顯優(yōu)于燒結(jié)金屬粉末、陶瓷、纖維、濾布、濾紙等其他類型的過(guò)濾材料。

目前，我公司生產(chǎn)研制和生產(chǎn)的多層燒結(jié)金屬網(wǎng)系列產(chǎn)品已在過(guò)濾凈化、氣-固、液-固和氣-液分離、發(fā)散冷卻、氣體分布、氣浮傳輸、流態(tài)化床、氣體采集以及減震、消聲、阻燃等方面被廣泛應(yīng)用于航空、航天、石油、化工、冶金、機(jī)械、制藥、食品、合成纖維、膠片、環(huán)保等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。

主要用途：

1）用于高溫環(huán)境作分散冷卻材料；

2）用于氣體分布，液態(tài)化床孔板材料；

3）用于高精度，高可靠高溫過(guò)濾材料；

4）用于高壓反沖洗油過(guò)濾器

Product introduction:

Multi-layer sintered metal mesh is formed with multi-layer metal woven wire mesh through the special laminated pressing and vacuum sintering technology, which is a new type of filtration medium with high mechanical strength and the integral rigid structure. Its interlaced mesh of each layer forms a uniform and ideal filtration structure. It not only overcomes the disadvantages of the ordinary metal screen, such as low strength, poor rigidity and unstable mesh shape, but also is able to make a reasonable matching and design according to pore size, permeability and strength characteristics of the material. Thus this kind of material has an excellent filtering precision, filtration resistance, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and processability. And its comprehensive performance is obviously better than sintered metal powder, ceramics, fiber, cloth filter, filter paper and other types of filter material.

At present, the multi-layer sintered metal mesh series products, developped and produced by our company, have been widely used in many industrial fields such as aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, machinery, pharmaceutical, food, synthetic fiber, film, environmental protection in respect of filtration purification, gas-solid, liquid-solid and gas-liquid separation, divergent cooling, gas distribution, gas floating transmission, fluidized bed, gas gathering and shock absorption, noise elimination, flame retardant etc.

Main application:

1. used as dispersion cooling material in high temperature environment;

2. used as gas distribution and liquid fluidized bed orifice plate material;

3. used as filtration medium of high precision, high reliability and high temperature;

4. used for high pressure backwashing oil filter
