特性及應(yīng)用： DC 型式為楔塊保持器單向離合器但不含內(nèi)環(huán)與外環(huán)。 ·此型號必須配合客戶自行設(shè)計的 內(nèi)環(huán)及外環(huán)，軸承支撐軸向及徑向的負載，與潤滑油脂及油封。 ·不規(guī)則作動子接觸面之空間 公差必需在范圍內(nèi)，外環(huán)與內(nèi)環(huán)之接觸面的寬度不可小于尺寸“e"，接觸面不可有任何溝槽以* 功能正常。 ·原廠可提供標準型式的內(nèi)環(huán)與外環(huán)。 ·若自行制造經(jīng)硬化處理過的鋼制軸 心及工件機壁直接套入。研磨加工處理過的接觸面硬度為HRC 60~62硬化深度須大于0.6mm。 ·接 觸面之內(nèi)部硬度為 HRC 35~45，接觸面之表面光滑度必需小于 22 CLA，接觸面可接受之*大歪斜度 為 25mm 寬度為 0.007 之歪斜度。
