【簡單介紹】
介電常數(shù)/介質(zhì)損耗測試儀是根據(jù)GB/T 1409《測量電氣絕緣材料在工頻、音頻、高頻(包括米波波長在內(nèi))下電容率和介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)的試驗方法》(等效采用IEC 60250)設(shè)計和制造的,并符合JB 7770等試驗方法。它適用于在高頻(1MHz)下絕緣材料的測試。

使用方法:

高頻Q表是多用途的阻抗測量儀器,為了提高測量精度,除了使Q表測試回路本身殘余參量盡可能地小,使耦合回路的頻響盡可能地好之外,還要掌握正確的測試方法和殘余參數(shù)修正方法。

1.測試注意事項

a.本儀器應水平安放;

b.如果你需要較精確地測量,請接通電源后,預熱30分鐘;

c.調(diào)節(jié)主調(diào)電容或主調(diào)電容數(shù)碼開關(guān)時,當接近諧振點時請緩調(diào);

d.被測件和測試電路接線柱間的接線應盡量短,足夠粗,并應接觸良好、可靠,以減少因接線的電阻和分布參數(shù)所帶來的測量誤差;

e.被測件不要直接擱在面板頂部,離頂部一公分以上,必要時可用低損耗的絕緣材料如聚苯乙烯等做成的襯墊物襯墊;

f.手不得靠近試件,以免人體感應影響造成測量誤差,有屏蔽的試件,屏蔽罩應連接在低電位端的接線柱。

Using method

1 test note
