1 Purpose and scope
BJX51防爆接線箱（防爆分線箱）是根據(jù)國家標準GB3836.1—2000《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備 第1部分：通用要求》和GB3836.2—2000《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備 第2部分：隔爆型“d”》的要求設(shè)計與制造的，主要用于爆炸性氣體環(huán)境中1區(qū)或2區(qū)危險區(qū)域，為ⅡB類T6組及以下的爆炸危險場所，在交流50Hz、額定電壓至380V、額定電流至200A的電路中，作為照明、信號、動力電線電纜連接和分支之用。

3．防爆接線箱|BJX防爆接線箱|防爆電纜分線箱接線箱在下列條件下能夠可靠工作

4．防爆接線箱|BJX防爆接線箱|防爆電纜分線箱主要結(jié)構(gòu)

接線箱采用鑄鋁合金制成，隔爆型結(jié)構(gòu)，腔內(nèi)裝有接線端子或母線排，設(shè)有內(nèi)外接地螺釘，供接地線連接。電纜引入裝置內(nèi)從內(nèi)到外依次裝有密封圈、墊圈和壓緊螺母適合電纜和鋼管布線。接線箱的外表面靜電粉末噴塑，耐腐蝕。

5．使用與維修
5 use and repair
5.1安裝時，將接線箱蓋和引入裝置打開，根據(jù)電纜的外徑選擇合適的密封圈內(nèi)徑尺寸，然后把電纜依次穿過引入裝置的壓緊螺母、墊圈和密封圈接至腔內(nèi)，緊固壓緊螺母使電纜密封，不引入電纜的引入裝置用堵棒代替電纜，并緊固好壓緊螺母。把導線接至接線端子的相應(yīng)位置上，接好接地線，合上蓋，把蓋用螺栓緊固即可使用；

5.2 接線箱不得隨意拆卸，維修時先斷開前級電源后，才能開蓋維修，維修時不得損壞隔爆接合面，維修后隔爆接合面清理后涂204-1防銹油，將蓋合好后，各部分螺栓（釘）緊固后才能使用；
