槽式混合機(jī)--

    本機(jī)為臥式槽形單裝混合機(jī),適用于制藥,化工,食品等行業(yè)將不同比例的干性或濕性粉狀物料均勻混合,在混合過程中不產(chǎn)生物料的溶解,揮發(fā)或變質(zhì).

槽式混合機(jī)的概述：

CH150、CH200槽型混合機(jī)用于混合粉狀或糊狀的物料，使不同質(zhì)的物料混合均勻，其特點(diǎn)是臥式槽單槳混合，攪拌槳為活絡(luò)式，便于清洗。與物料接觸處全不銹鋼制成，有良好的耐腐蝕性?；旌喜劭勺詣?dòng)翻轉(zhuǎn)倒料，混合時(shí)間也可自動(dòng)控制。
CH150B、CH200B槽形混合機(jī)除了具有CH150、CH200機(jī)的特點(diǎn)外，整個(gè)的外圍用不銹鋼板覆蓋，更易于清潔和保養(yǎng)。符合藥品生產(chǎn)的GMP要求。
 
CH150、CH200 Trough type mixing machine is designed for thoroughly mixing powders or pastes . It is a horizontral rtough trpe mixer with single stirring arm . The stirring arm is removable so that is easy to clean . The part is surfaces which may touch the mixing materials are made of stainless steel , So they are good corrosion-resistent . the mixing trough can automatically reverse for discharge and the mixing time can be automatically controlled .
CH150B、CH200B Trough type mixing machine is desingned on the base of the former CH150、CH200 The configuration employ stainless steel that is easy to clean and maintaining and meet GMP standard .
