全焊接板式換熱器(圖1)

全焊式板式換熱器的換熱板片，是由特種不銹鋼，以特制模具壓制而成。表面光滑不易結(jié)垢。其的波紋設計使流體在較低的流速下也能產(chǎn)生湍流，傳熱效率高，整個板片束全部采用本體材料由氬弧焊焊接而成。不采用任何非金屬密封材料，因而有較高的耐溫、耐壓性能?？蛇m用于工作溫度300℃，壓力3.0Mpa的工況條件。
All welded plate heat exchanger plate is made of special stainless steel and pressed by special mould. Smooth surface, not easy to scale. Its unique corrugated design enables the fluid to produce turbulence at lower flow rates. The heat transfer efficiency is high, and the entire plate bundle is all made of bulk material welded by argon arc welding. It does not use any non-metallic sealing material, so it has higher temperature resistance and pressure resistance. The utility model can be applied to the extreme working conditions of working temperature 300 DEG C and pressure 3.0Mpa.
