齒鏈帶又稱為無(wú)聲鏈帶，其通過(guò)特殊熱處理工藝，解決了目前國(guó)內(nèi)普遍存在的，熱處理不達(dá)標(biāo)的問(wèn)題。鏈片由特殊的鋼帶鍛壓而成，熱處理厚度0.2mm。外層硬，內(nèi)部軟的處理工藝，同時(shí)解決了斷片和不耐磨的問(wèn)題，并且延長(zhǎng)了使用時(shí)長(zhǎng)（正常情況下可以使用3-5年）。

Toothed chain belt is also called silent chain belt. Through special heat treatment process, it solves the problem that the heat treatment is not up to standard, which is common in China. The chain piece is forged by special steel strip with heat treatment thickness of 0.2mm.
