進(jìn)口自復(fù)位無菌取樣閥開啟閥門：取樣-通過旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪開啟閥門 Opening the valve: Sampling - Opening the valve by rotating the handwheel

進(jìn)口自復(fù)位無菌取樣閥關(guān)閉閥門：消毒-松開自動復(fù)位，關(guān)閉閥門，保持軟管間的通道開啟，用于消毒。如果使用蒸汽，建議在出口裝一個小型的壓力安全閥 Close the valve: Disinfect - release the automatic reset, close the valve, and keep the passage between the hoses open for disinfection. If steam is used, it is recommended to install a small pressure safety valve at the outlet

滅菌：sterilization

1、將蒸汽軟管連接到閥的上部連接管上 Connect the steam hose to the upper connecting pipe of the valve

2、打開蒸汽源，讓它流過閥以進(jìn)行滅菌。在121℃下持續(xù)1分鐘 Open the steam source and let it flow through the valve for sterilization. Continue at 121 ℃ for 1 minute

3、關(guān)閉蒸汽源 Turn off steam source

4、移走蒸汽軟管，把一個無菌橡膠塞或無菌蒙板安裝到上部連接管上 Remove the steam hose and install a sterile rubber stopper or sterile mask onto the upper connecting pipe
