如何修復(fù)各種液壓站
① 劃傷溝槽擠出的材料屑沫會(huì)嵌入密封件，運(yùn)行時(shí)在損壞密封件工作部位的同時(shí)，可能造成新的劃傷區(qū)域痕路。
② 惡化缸筒內(nèi)壁的表面粗糙度，增大摩擦力，易產(chǎn)生爬行現(xiàn)象。
③ 加重液壓缸的內(nèi)泄漏，使液壓缸工作效率降低。引起缸體內(nèi)孔表面劃傷的主要原因如下。
液壓缸修復(fù)采用“139的號(hào)，中間四位4009，后面是5915"
（1）裝配液壓缸時(shí)造成的傷痕
（2）不嚴(yán)重的運(yùn)行磨損痕跡
（3）缸體內(nèi)有異物混入
傳統(tǒng)的修復(fù)方法是將損壞的部件進(jìn)行拆卸后的外協(xié)修復(fù)，或是進(jìn)行刷鍍或是進(jìn)行表面的整體刮研，修復(fù)周期液壓缸缸體劃傷修復(fù)長(zhǎng)，修復(fù)費(fèi)用高。
液壓缸壓力調(diào)不上去怎么辦
1號(hào)泵濾油網(wǎng)有無(wú)堵住？或吸油管脫落？電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速正常嗎？聯(lián)軸器呢？用電磁溢流閥替代比例溢流閥試試看
壓力調(diào)不上去，清洗溢流閥（主閥芯被卡，處于打開(kāi)狀態(tài)，溢流卸壓，自然無(wú)壓力），再不行換個(gè)先導(dǎo)比例閥試試看

What if the pressure of hydraulic station can't be adjusted?
Is the filter screen of No. 1 pump blocked? Or does the suction pipe fall off? Is the motor running at normal speed? What about the coupling? Try replacing proportional relief valve with electromagnetic relief valve
If the pressure can not be adjusted, clean the relief valve (the main spool is stuck, open, relief overflow, natural pressure-free), and then try another pilot proportional valve.
