直排式振動篩產(chǎn)品概述:
ZPS直排篩是我公司工程師為部分行業(yè)特殊設(shè)計的一種多用途新型篩分機，改變了原由的雙電機結(jié)構(gòu)形式，采用單一臥式振動電機，物料的運行軌跡有多種調(diào)節(jié)形式，設(shè)備適應性顯著增加；物料直接排放，有大的處理量。SYM-1000型篩機，網(wǎng)目24目，在線篩分制造方便面用小麥粉，用于除雜、增加小麥粉比表面積，可達到350kg/150秒。 公司可根據(jù)用戶要求設(shè)計制造，如將進料口加高、出料口加裝蝶閥等。

直排式振動篩主要特點:
1.結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、緊湊，維護方便，故障小。
2.全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，杜絕粉塵飛揚，噪音小，安靜環(huán)保。
3.大流量的出料口在底部，便于流水線作業(yè)的設(shè)備安裝。
4.上層出料口可以在360°內(nèi)任意調(diào)整，方便安裝、使用。
5.處理量大，篩分精度高，可以有效的節(jié)約能源，起到事半功倍的效果。
6.新型網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)，網(wǎng)的漲緊度高，使用壽命長，并且客戶自己可以快捷更換篩網(wǎng)。

振動篩是利用振子激振所產(chǎn)生的往復旋型振動而工作的。振子的上旋轉(zhuǎn)重錘使篩面產(chǎn)生平面回旋振動，而下旋轉(zhuǎn)重錘則使篩面產(chǎn)生錐面回轉(zhuǎn)振動，其聯(lián)合作用的效果則使篩面產(chǎn)生復旋型振動。其振動軌跡是一復雜的空間曲線。該曲線在水平面投影為一圓形，而在垂直面上的投影為一橢圓形。調(diào)節(jié)上、下旋轉(zhuǎn)重錘的激振力，可以改變振幅。而調(diào)節(jié)上、下重錘的空間相位角，則可以改變篩面運動軌跡的曲線形狀并改變篩面上物料的運動軌跡。
